Requirements
- Can read and interpret electrical prints, wiring and ladder diagrams, schematics, and other technical literature.
- Ability to use multi-meter, oscilloscope, or other electrical testing equipment.
- Understanding of electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot robot programs.
- Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
- Proven mechanical and equipment repair skills.
- Observes safety, environmental, LOTO and procedural guidelines.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and update electrical prints, wiring and ladder diagrams, schematics and other technical literature.
- Diagnose and repair faulty controls systems with a multi-meter, oscilloscope, or other electrical testing equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Modify, write, and troubleshoot robot programs.
- Participate in preventative actions where appropriate. Conducts corrective actions and perform problem solving analysis and reporting as required.
- Maintain and participate in housekeeping for personal work area and shared facility space.
