Requirements
- Demonstrate one year + of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment/ mechanical components.
- Apply for an Illinois Pharmacy Technician License and provide verification before your first day.
- Complete 500hr. State mandatory training in product selection.
- Provide verification of high school diploma, GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Work mandatory overtime/extended work week, when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
- Travel, when needed.
Responsibilities
- Building, repairing, and maintaining drug canisters for the automated drug dispensing equipment (Opti-Fill).
- Cleaning the canisters per prescribed schedules and procedures.
- Auditing canister performance.
- Testing canister performance and investigating quality assurance issues.
- Troubleshooting canister electro-mechanical problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical, fulfillment center, warehouse or healthcare environments.
- Previous experience with preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and maintenance of equipment in a production environment (Vending machine, Slot machine, Arcade games, etc).
- Experience with drug canisters and Opti-Fill operation.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
