Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Speech, Audiology, or related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or patient care
  • Experience with special needs populations is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with hearing aid troubleshooting, Bluetooth pairing, and earmold pickups
  • Support same-day clinic visits and respond to patient inquiries
  • Manage device inventory, shipping/receiving, and order tracking
  • Coordinate with audiologists and lab technicians to prepare for appointments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and billing in electronic systems (e.g., TIMS)
  • Travel to satellite clinics as needed
  • Assist and counsel same day clinic patients independently with hearing aid repairs, supplies, earmold pick up and accessory Bluetooth pairing
  • Document and bill for patient care services
  • Schedule same day clinic patients for hearing aid cleanings, supplies, and repairs, and earmold pick up
  • Respond timely to patient messages/calls and provider clinical messages
  • Complete quality check of invoices with our negotiated prices and purchase order numbers
  • Ship items back to manufacturer for repairs, remakes, or refunds via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Order hearing aids, accessories, and earmolds per Track aid or custom hearing aid forms

Preferred Qualifications
