Requirements
- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required)
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Licensed Athletic Trainer
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required
Responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical and educational resource for staff, students, area coaches, athletic directors and physicians
- Provides quality care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of assessment, planning, implementation and instruction
- Carries out all procedures in accordance with established state and national standards, policies, protocols and guidelines
