Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrating and adjusting gauges to meet specifications established by the manufacturing, assembly, and test departments.
  • Managing electronic inventory records using SAP or comparable systems.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all calibration activities related to gauges issued, returned, or serviced by internal teams and external vendors.
  • Overseeing the receiving, storing, handling, issuing, and distribution of perishable tooling, fixtures, gages, shop supplies, and safety items (PPE).
  • Taking direction and collaborating effectively in a team environment with both internal and external associates.
  • Performing frequent heavy lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Being available to work overtime and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable in compounds such as paint, chemicals, etc.
  • Skilled in gage setting, perishable cutting tools, grinding wheels, fixtures, and abrasive products.
  • Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
