Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; preferred backgrounds include Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, International Relations, or Journalism
- 205 years of experience in a relevant setting such as investment research, economic policy, financial journalism, strategy consulting, or editorial analysis
- Strong foundation in global markets and macroeconomic dynamics, with deep curiosity about secular themes such as AI, energy transition, and deglobalization
- Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and insightfully under deadline pressure
- Familiarity with investment and research tools
- Intellectually agile, collaborative, and able to distill complexity into actionable intelligence
Responsibilities
- Research macroeconomic, geopolitical, sectoral, and technological trends with thematic and investment relevance
- Produce fast-turn, insight-rich content on developments that affect Apollo’s investment lens
- Support the drafting of long-form materials including white papers, investor letters, and executive briefings
- Track and evolve ATI’s thematic frameworks and signal maps
- Collaborate with Apollo investment teams, product strategists, and corporate communications to tailor content for various stakeholders
- Maintain situational awareness of global events, policy actions, and capital flows to anticipate implications for Apollo
