Associate Strategic Finance

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience

Serve as the ongoing strategic finance partner for our cross-functional Trust team, delivering strategic projects for leadership in high priority areas.
Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating basic models and dashboards for assigned metrics.
Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess trends, risks, and identify improvement areas with some support from more senior team members.
Communicates performance trends / analyses to management and cross-functional stakeholders with the necessary business context.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives and target setting by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with some supervision.
Supports collaborative relationships with other teams and utilizes input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

Experience with SQL, Excel, and Tableau
