Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the ongoing strategic finance partner for our cross-functional Trust team, delivering strategic projects for leadership in high priority areas.
  • Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating basic models and dashboards for assigned metrics.
  • Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess trends, risks, and identify improvement areas with some support from more senior team members.
  • Communicates performance trends / analyses to management and cross-functional stakeholders with the necessary business context.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives and target setting by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with some supervision.
  • Supports collaborative relationships with other teams and utilizes input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and Tableau
