Requirements
- Post-Secondary education required; University Degree / College Diploma preferred
- Computer literacy; experience with SAP ERP
- Customer Service database experience with both franchises at Alcon preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain accounts and professionals accurately within SAP and SalesForce.com databases as well as maintaining territory assignments.
- Maintain Vision Care and Surgical non contracted pricing in SAP.
- Generate and review monthly audit reports with the department manager.
- Act as first level support for end user issues. Resolve and escalate production issues as necessary. Acts as a liaison between end users and technical teams for resolution.
- Documentation & End User training – Conduct end user training sessions (train the trainer) for new functionality as required. Create user guides and training documentation as needed.
- Commitment to Quality: Adhere to quality management system while conducting functional responsibilities.
