Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is ideal, experience in IT Support and/or Sales
- Customer Service experience, especially with Post-sale follow-up
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with medical devices or any kind of devices
Responsibilities
- Managing and promoting the Helion Surgical Integration platform within an assigned geography, focusing on surgical professionals such as surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
- Develop system launch strategies, engage with customers, address system and user issues, and improve customer experience
- Complete extensive prospecting, lead generation, and lead follow-up for sales teams, schedule customer sales calls, and ensure clinical adoption across the entire surgical product portfolio.
