Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to learn technical information about roofing materials and installation processes
- Flexibility to travel to other markets to assist staff when needed
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company
- Comfortable with outdoor work and visiting customer’s homes as necessary
Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and sales techniques
- Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and explain the benefits of company products and services
- Conduct initial inspections of roofing systems, including taking measurements and documenting necessary details
- Stay informed about the company’s roofing products, installation processes, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism
- Work closely with sales managers and remain flexible to support offices in other geographic areas
