Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes initiative to drive improvements
- Experience sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, ensuring a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate records in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events
- Support data tracking and reporting to help measure recruitment performance
- Take ownership of other recruiting-related projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Ashby or Greenhouse
- Contributed to employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing campaigns
- Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, frequently wearing more than one hat in a collaborative environment
