Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field (preferred)
- Availability to work weekend shifts, as needed, on a rotating basis
- Strong communication and math skills

Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and clean laboratory environment while prioritizing and performing specialized testing to meet business and departmental needs.
- Calibrate and maintain lab instruments, manage supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping of laboratory data.
- Review data for accuracy, communicate issues, and participate in continuous quality assurance and food safety improvements.
- Manage the release timeframes for raw materials and finished goods, participate in GMP audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on scientific developments, collaborate with operations and quality assurance to address laboratory demands, and resolve process discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field (preferred)
