Requirements
- A high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- (2+) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is required.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Experience in Microsoft office, Excel, event planning, reception, work orders, certificates of insurance compliance and tracking, contract management, tenant interaction, Yardi, AP/AR required.
- California Real Estate License is required within 6 months.
