Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or production management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or content-led organization
- Proven success executing fast-turn sprint based creative workflows, ideally in paid media, email, and mobile channels
- Experience supporting test-and-learn cycles or campaign iteration using performance data or structured feedback loops
- Proficiency navigating PM platforms (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Trello, Monday.com); experience onboarding teams or maintaining these systems is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines across teams
- Familiarity with creative asset development processes, including brief intake, production tracking, QA, and delivery
Responsibilities
- Manage creative sprints supporting Performance Marketing and other high volume test & learn initiatives, ensuring projects are briefed, resourced, reviewed by appropriate parties, and delivered correctly and on time
- Translate business goals and creative direction into executable timelines and workflows across a variety of asset types and channels
- Act as a key cross-functional partner to Creative, Marketing, and Operations, facilitating day-to-day delivery while aligning on larger priorities and testing roadmaps
- Collaborate with team leads on roadmap planning, sprint prioritization, and resource forecasting
- Own project management systems (e.g., Airtable), driving usage, visibility, and data hygiene
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or misalignments early, and help problem-solve in real time
- Contribute to improving operational processes, sprint cadences, and creative testing systems
- Act as a super user and power collaborator across our core tools and platforms, bringing a tech-forward mindset to every sprint
- Support the development and maintenance of scalable creative systems (e.g., naming conventions, asset versioning protocols, metadata tagging) to enable performance reporting and automation
