Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or as an Associate Project Manager
- Knowledge of different project management frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ensuring clarity while being concise across all levels of the business
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and re-prioritize as needed
Responsibilities
- Help own our internal product request process by clarifying and prioritizing requests from around the business amongst shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and funnels work through the appropriate teams
- Track progress on deliverables, gathers work estimates, collaborates with cross-functional teams to test new features, and keeps project management software and documentation up to date
- Serve as a point of contact and ensures clear and comprehensive communication across products teams and with business stakeholders. Prepares agendas and facilitates meetings effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Coordinate with Product Managers and QA to schedule weekly releases for requests and enhancements, ensuring all pre- and post-deployment tasks are performed
- Proactively identify and escalates risks, issues, and dependencies, and assists in developing mitigation strategies
- Evaluate, analyze, suggest, and implement process improvements to the request workflow, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and timely execution
- Gain an overall understanding of the project process from research and discovery, to writing requirements and deploying code, and assists Project Managers in the planning and organization of project schedules, tasks, and milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a software development environment
- Experience with Jira, Coda, and/or other project management and development software
