Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or project management role or related fields.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Monday and/or other project tracking software.
- Foundational understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Creating, assigning, and tracking work tickets.
- Leading sprint rituals.
- Proactively planning future sprints and resolving blockers in advance.
- Understanding, identifying and communicating task requirements and dependencies.
- Facilitating task prioritization and optimizing value delivery.
- Reporting metrics and KPIs to team leads and stakeholders.
- Facilitating project planning by gathering and breaking down requirements into an actionable plan.
- Managing project scope and timelines.
- Holding project kickoff meetings to drive awareness and alignment.
- Facilitate and drive consensus as needed.
- Reporting project health and status to team leads and stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor projects and identify and remediate risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO.
- Familiarity with basic Windows, Linux and Networking concepts.
- Familiarity with release engineering concepts.
- Experience in Customer Service or similar customer facing roles, better if technical.
- A love of video games including Rockstar’s titles.
