Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • 3+ product marketing within B2C
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with a proven record of flawless execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Aura’s business growth by collaborating with the Marketing Acquisition teams and external partners to test new customer segments, channels, and funnel strategies.
  • Develop and optimize customer journey touchpoints to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners to collect insights and requirements that drive performance improvements.
  • Create and refine pricing offers, creative assets, landing pages, and enrollment funnels that meet business goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing Acquisition, and Sales to align on key milestones and project deliverables.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes, and partner with stakeholders to implement operational improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality campaigns grounded in clear, measurable business goals.
  • Help shape and execute GTM strategies for new product features and updates.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to better understand target customer segments.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Contribute to successful product launches by developing messaging frameworks, pricing and packaging proposals, sales training materials, and creative briefs for channel assets.
  • Ensure all GTM initiatives are well-coordinated and deliver a seamless, high-impact customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cyber-security industry a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Experience with project management tools and operational experience designing and monitoring process to streamline workflows
  • Possess great passion and empathy for the customer. Demonstrated ability to utilize user research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurably successful product launches and campaigns
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment
