Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals.
Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed for the referral management system.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
