Associate Product Manager

2+ years product management and/or project management experience
1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with various functional areas within the organization
Appetite to learn about product delivery and strategy, and an eagerness to grow within the field of product management
Be able to work independently, anticipating and resolving problems
Has experience working in an Agile environment
Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Possess strong decision-making and prioritization skills

Translating customer and internal user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and market research
Create solutions that drive streaming subscriptions and support ancillary revenue models
Owning delivery of product features and releases
Documenting and communicating objectives, requirements, and constraints for product features and releases
Partnering with stakeholders and ensuring coordination with internal and external teams
Collaborating with engineers and designers to improve the service and product
Communicating development status and driving development against milestones
