Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations and/or a buyer role
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills to enable smooth processes across internal and external stakeholder groups, including suppliers
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing activities across categories including the processing of requisitions and management of purchase and change orders. Ensure timely processing of transactions to facilitate delivery.
- Provide a high level of internal stakeholder service level delivery, with prompt response and attention to priority requests.
- Implement risk mitigation and compliance to processes, in line with procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier interactions. Prepare regular reports for management and utilize data analytics to track performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management preferred
