Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture and governance

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap
- Develop guiding principles, reference architectures, and blueprints that align Salesforce implementations with enterprise goals
- Define architecture standards and governance frameworks
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and technologies for strategic fit
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Architect and review Salesforce implementations for multi-cloud and cross-functional programs
- Define and oversee Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise systems
- Guide the design of APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
- Own data modeling, governance, and quality strategies within the Salesforce platform
- Architect secure solutions leveraging Salesforce Shield and other security measures
- Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor teams of Salesforce developers and analysts
- Facilitate architecture reviews and technical design discussions
- Represent Salesforce architecture in enterprise architecture boards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ
- Familiarity with Field Service Lightning
