Requirements

  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales Consulting—preferably with K-12 education technology or special education software.
  • Background in Special Education administration, compliance, or leadership.
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging demos and presentations tailored to educators, administrators, and IT personnel.
  • Experience conducting technical discovery, gathering requirements, and designing workflows for enterprise or government software implementations.
  • Familiarity with special education workflows and compliance standards (e.g., IDEA).
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based software and system integrations (especially with SIS platforms).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to translate complex business or compliance needs into clear technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for client meetings, conferences, and district engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly communicate the value of Euna’s Special Education solutions to school districts.
  • Collaborate with sales account executives to develop go-to-market strategies that resonate with special education leaders and district IT teams.
  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to identify pain points, workflows, compliance needs, and integration requirements with existing Student Information Systems (SIS) or other district platforms.
  • Design and articulate customized solutions that map client requirements to Euna’s Special Education platform capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and RFP responses, ensuring solutions align with both client expectations and Euna’s platform offerings.
  • Configure and maintain custom demo environments or proof-of-concept (POC) instances that demonstrate real-world use cases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by building strong relationships with district administrators, special education directors, and IT leaders.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field insights to help improve the platform’s usability, accessibility, and compliance support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, IDEA and Section 504 regulations, competitive offerings, and special education best practices to provide strategic insight to both clients and internal teams.
