Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License required
- Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably 1-2 yrs in the Personal Insurance Division
- Strong desire to learn personal lines insurance
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Works well in a fast paced, client focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow
Responsibilities
- Manage the TOS.Opportunities inbox.
- Track and ensure Personal Line’s Lead Quest inbox for the division is handled in a timely manner
- Create Clients Epic account and Opportunity/Activity for advisor to follow up.
- Assist with quoting new business in ARS and Carriers portal.
- Assist advisors with creating UW submissions.
- Formally corresponds with carrier underwriters to review quotes and get UW approval when required.
- Prepare proposals, CSIO application and binders as per agency standards.
- Assist with accounts receivable for new business issued by CSC new business advisors.
- Ensure all related quoting information, questionnaire, applications and activities have been entered on the client’s file in the Broker Management System (EPIC).
- Processes all documentation according to Hub workflows.
- Continues professional development to enhance skills and abilities
- Other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
