Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a performance measurement, client reporting, or operations-driven role within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading accuracy.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret performance data for use in request for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other ad hoc performance data requests.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored, client-facing materials for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of both standard and customized reporting.
  • Maintain and update performance content in PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, and related slide materials.
  • Interpret client-specific needs and objectives to deliver thoughtful, tailored reporting solutions.
  • Coordinate workflows and manage timelines for incoming data/reporting requests.
  • Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to enhance data quality and reporting processes.
  • Liaise across departments – investment teams, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, middle office, IT and others – to gather and synthesize needed information.
  • Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Continuously deepen understanding of the private markets industry, complex fund structures, and investment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest or progression toward CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designations is a plus.
