Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role (e.g., performance management, training, compensation, attrition, leadership development).
- Experience in coaching employees and management through complex, sensitive, and high-stakes situations with empathy and objectivity.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to assess HR metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance and guiding best practices in HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and effectively convey HR strategies and initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR tech tools such as HRIS, performance management platforms, employee surveys, and other HR software that enhances operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution of HR programs and initiatives while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, high-growth organization.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow People Business Partners to execute People programs such as performance management, employee engagement, manager development and organizational design.
- Assist with employee feedback initiatives and action plans to improve employee experience.
- Analyze people metrics to provide insights to business leaders on trends and recommend data-driven solutions to address challenges and enhance employee experience.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and supporting the design and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Identify and address training needs for business units and individual managers, offering tailored coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Address employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
- Be the go-to People Team resource for employees globally, addressing their queries and guiding them through People programs.
