Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid media experience is required with an emphasis on eCommerce media preferred.
  • Demonstrated high level understanding of SEO, PPC and Display Advertising is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams within an organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital media strategies/tactics that align with overall Digital Commerce and the Moen U.S. Businesses (USB) strategy to drive sales and share growth objectives with key Omni-channel customers.
  • Partner with sales, paid media, and digital commerce teams to cultivate comprehensive search and discoverability strategies (organic search, paid search, and related analytics) in the context of selling via pure-play and Omni-channel retailers.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of digital media tactics across retailers.
  • Prepare and share out/speak to presentations, business case documentation and/or financial models to help sell-in digital media programs with key retail partners.
  • Leverage appropriate analytical tools to optimize bidding strategies and boost search effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of paid media programs (display, retargeting, PPC, paid social) that drive traffic to Moen products on key retailer websites.
  • Utilize a suite of internal/external analytical tools such as Amazon Retail Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, QlikView, and Tableau to measure the effectiveness of marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to gather relevant industry benchmarks.
