Requirements
- 1+ years of management consulting experience
- Hands-on experience in change management
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an effective project management practitioner
- Ability to generate high-quality stakeholder communications
- Ability to assist in stakeholder and leader working sessions
- Ability to identify engagement strategies relevant to client culture
- Ability to connect engagement outcomes to the client’s overall organizational strategy and objectives
- Exposure to change management methodologies and tools
- Ability to summarize information from various sources
- Ability to develop polished, professional communications for a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated consulting agility and flexibility to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create visually appealing and professional documents using the Microsoft suite and other visualization and facilitation tools such as Mural
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and leaders in a matrixed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
- Ability to travel to client site
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
- Role may require up to 80% travel
Responsibilities
- Assess the scope of change our clients face as they embark on new opportunities and overcome challenges
- Contribute to approaches that drive awareness, readiness and adoption across a wide range of initiatives including technology, business process, mergers/acquisitions and organizational changes
- Build engaging deliverables, communications, and workshops, in collaboration with Point B colleagues and clients
- Perform stakeholder assessments and interviews, develop training and communication plans, create communications, summarize meeting outcomes and next steps as well as other program deliverables
- Contribute to business development efforts to help qualify client needs
- Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients
- Work on critical initiatives with top clients of all types, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
- Learn and grow by working alongside some of the best Organizational Effectiveness experts in the business
- Exercise an entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-owner
