Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as architecture or interior design
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (preferably English)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Tracking, analyzing, and updating space data
• Creating occupancy planning scenarios
• Managing space portfolios
• Fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Preparing and updating project status reports
• Contributing to the growth of Occupancy Planning
• Performing workplace programming and requirements gathering
• Performing tactical occupancy planning duties
• Performing reporting and deliverables for people and space data
• Collaborating with various teams
• Managing periodic data audits and updates to space layouts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a tactical level
• Experience with interior office renovations
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
