Requirements
- BSN required or must obtain within 3 years of hire
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Current BLS certification required at the time of hire
- Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital RN experience
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organization skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervising the work of others and serving as the extension of the NM in leadership presence
- Facilitating the strategic execution of the Premier Health nursing vision
- Coaching and mentoring the nursing team
- Supporting employee engagement, patient experience, and quality outcomes
- Managing human resources for adequate staffing and productivity standards
- Supporting the patient experience with daily nurse leader rounding
- Executing quality action plans
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Experience within cardiac care preferred
