Requirements
- You are a self-starter – You have a bias for action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- You are a problem solver – You have a talent for synthesizing complex problems, can translate high-level goals into actionable plans, and enjoy implementing a process
- You are analytical – You use data to inform tough decisions, and are comfortable operating at both the 10,000 foot level and at the 10 inch level. You are comfortable in tools like Excel, SQL and more!
- You work to get 1% better every day – You’re always looking for opportunities to better your work product and own the outcome – both the good and the bad
- You have 1-3+ years experience in consulting, finance or related strategy and operations
- You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and prioritizing initiatives to improve our fee structure and affordability across the New Verticals Canadian business.
- You will lead short term execution and help shape long term strategy, identify pricing opportunities, and partner with our product team to experiment with new features for Canadians.
