Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in tech, strategy, operations, consulting, banking or a related experience; High-growth startup experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems from first principles
- Comfortable operating at both high-level and detailed levels
- Action-oriented with a bias towards driving results
- Unafraid of ambiguity and thriving in startup environments
- Analytical skills with expertise in pulling data and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to influence and motivate people across various functions
Responsibilities
- Conduct business-critical analyses and act on them
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives
- Conceive and complete experiments to grow market share
- Dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail
- Build reports, models, and tools to support team growth
- Work alongside partners such as Merchant, Dasher, DashPass, New Verticals, Marketing and other local teams
Preferred Qualifications
- High-growth startup experience is a plus
