Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience with working knowledge of marketing strategies and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to solve tough problems in an ambiguous, uncertain, and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to identify solutions
  • Solid analytical, communication, collaboration and training skills
  • Project and/or process management experience
  • Ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams
  • JIRA, Confluence knowledge an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage 1:1 processes, including intakes, scoping, campaign tracking, and process improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct pre-consultations for marketing initiatives
  • In partnership with other stakeholders, identify, analyze and implement process improvements to improve speed to market and mitigate inefficiencies/errors
  • Design and implement an overarching strategy and roadmap for 1:1 marketing training and communication
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of team processes to identify opportunities for growth and increased speed to market
  • Drive usage and adoption of new 1:1 marketing capabilities through a variety of cross channel learning sessions, the curation and dissemination of 1:1 marketing information and by acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert
  • Own and update the 1:1 Marketing Center of Excellence Sites, the centralized, cross channel information hubs for 1:1 marketing
  • Support other orchestration and decisioning initiatives as needed
