Requirements
- BA/BS required; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, MBA) preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in a product, operations, or investment support role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, macros).
- Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data automation and analysis.
- Familiarity with fixed income markets and investment products, particularly leveraged finance, is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills, especially in articulating technical investment concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate responses to DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, and other client and consultant data requests with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Maintain and update product data across internal databases and consultant platforms.
- Develop and refine Excel-based tools and templates to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Apply Python and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data quality checks.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, compliance, and operations to source and verify investment data and narrative content.
- Support the creation of product collateral including performance summaries, attribution analysis, and strategy overviews.
- Conduct peer and industry analysis to benchmark product positioning and identify trends.
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, MBA) preferred.
