Associate – Finance Operations Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economic, Real Estate, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
3+ years of experience in real estate property accounting, finance and analytics, property operations a must
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Passion for internal customer service, analytics and real estate
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, collaborate with a broad range of colleagues, and implement efficient processes

Analyze operational performance data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsible for gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing financial and operational information through recurring and ad hoc reports and presenting thematic summaries to management
Communicate results and conclusions of analyses through Excel tables, PowerPoint charts, PowerBI dashboards, and brief write-ups
Prepare visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions
Serve as liaison with Link’s Operations, Technology, and Finance teams, partnering with them in the build-out of dashboard and analytical platforms
Create presentations for Senior Leadership
