Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
- Experience communicating financial acumen effectively including finance and non-finance
- Ability to handle and work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong bias for action, ability to work with remote teams
- Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
- Experience in PBCS/AFO/PowerBI is strongly preferred
- Strong Team Player. Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- responsible for reconciliation of monthly material results (NMI / Net Material Impact), monthly forecast updates specifically deeper forecast updates on Procurement Cycles (Inflation updates), providing risk assessment and quality insights to in month delivery and forward forecast
- Responsible for partnering with both 3PM Procurement & 3PM Operations teams controlling ~30m annual miscellaneous budget in providing analysis & support on decision making for trade-offs on material cost to support both our 3PM & Internal operations
- responsible for running different Business cases related to Sourcing changes across SC network, as the B&W SC Network is driving transformation
- Responsible for leading monthly results review with B&W Procurement, giving analysis & insights to procurement function on how results are landing & potential R&O. Monthly miscellaneous budget reviews with Procurement & 3PM Operations teams driving cost control & budget management on miscellaneous spend. Monthly 3PM Spend review partnering with 3PM Ops & Procurement in understanding bought in costs across the various 3PMs supporting both Styling & Liquids business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Supply Chain Finance and financial planning experience preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of financial information systems
