Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Knowledge of energy markets, renewable energy, and/or infrastructure sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for energy and infrastructure investments
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities
- Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or investments
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other client-facing materials
- Collaborate with senior team members on transaction structuring and execution
- Monitor performance of existing investments and prepare regular reports
- Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives
- Research regulatory developments affecting the energy and infrastructure sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project finance, M&A transactions, or capital raising
- Understanding of energy transition trends and ESG considerations
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Experience with data analysis tools and visualization software
