Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years professional work experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and/or Talent Management
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to create high quality materials
  • Creative and critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data
  • Proficient ability to use Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Development to build, enhance and facilitate talent development trainings and programs that align with our Talent Development strategy to drive strategic impact.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of core talent development training programs such as our new people leader assimilation.
  • Partner with HRBPs to better understand training needs and work closely with the Head of Talent Development to design learning solutions that meet those needs.
  • Create engaging learning content using various formats (hybrid, in-person and virtual).
  • Continuously iterate and enhance Talent Development materials to keep them relevant, fresh and effective.
  • Develop materials to enhance, promote and communicate talent development initiatives, such as handouts, electronic resources, memos, newsletters and related emails.
  • Drive forward our annual performance management and career development processes by creating and facilitating training and impactful resources to help leaders through these processes, taking into consideration the effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Development and other key stakeholders on key engagement initiatives that align with our mission, values and strategic focus areas.
  • Design, lead and ensure the successful execution of various opportunities for in-office employee engagement activities.
  • Facilitate and execute the firm’s annual employee engagement survey, including presenting the results to various stakeholders, developing training to support HRBPs, doing analysis on results and proposing recommendations for action planning.
