Requirements

Responsibilities
- Secures sales and partners with clients to plan and deliver successful programs
- Attends trade shows, site visits, and customer events to promote property offerings and drive revenue
- Collaborates with Catering and Convention Services to ensure flawless event execution
- Supports marketing strategy development to drive both short- and long-term sales goals
- Monitors market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive
- Travels as needed to support sales initiatives
- Leads and develops assigned Sales Managers, promoting a high-performance, inclusive team culture
