Requirements
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have at least 8 years of healthcare marketing experience
- Must have experience developing and executing a media plan
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel expectations: 25%
Responsibilities
- Lead all Guardant360 Liquid, Guardant360 CDx, and Guardant360 Tissue brand strategy and execution, including evolution of the brand creative and product messaging
- Pull through core creative and messaging across all promotional channels, including the IVA, website, brochures, and digital placements
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, medical affairs, training, sales, and technology to ensure alignment of our product / brand strategy
- Partner closely with the market insights and analytics team to define the key business questions and find the answers appropriately through market research or data analysis
- Measure success and impact across promotional channels and optimize accordingly through the annual brand planning process
- Lead and provide clear direction to agency partners and vendors; provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage within budget
