Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in financial services / investment management or related field
- Excellent quantitative analytical and modeling skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Power Point
- Highly organized, keen attention to detail, and able to effectively manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various internal and external constituents
- Embraces a culture centered on teamwork and is flexible with job responsibilities
- Strong judgment needed to foresee potential risks and roadblocks to task completion and identify effective solutions
- Excels in a rigorous and fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Track Origination, Commitments and Deployment across SIG funds
- Collaborate with Deal Teams, Controllers, and Senior Management to deliver insights and analytics
- Act as key contributor towards monthly forecasts, multi-year planning processes and other recurring deliverables focused on the full economic profile of the SIG business
- Support strategic initiatives and fundraising with modeling and various ad-hoc requests related to the portfolio
- Provide transparency around profitability drivers and formulate recommendations that can support revenue enhancement
- Assist with executive narrative around performance drivers and outlook for the SIG business
- Prepare materials for investor communications, including marketing presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-facing documents
