Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, product management or platform ownership
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, governance, publishing and authoring platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, IVA/FTE Content Authoring (Viseven eWizard / Anthill / ShamanGo etc.) & 2-Way Messaging (Whatsapp, Line, WeChat etc.) tools
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry
- Demonstrated strength in partnering with internal/external contacts (agencies, marketers, IT vendors)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams across business and technical areas
- Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and to influence adoption of new thinking
- Strong hands-on experience on cross-platform digital solutions
- Possess certifications in digital platform development and implementation or similar areas

Responsibilities
- Define, develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for the field channel to achieve business goals & objectives
- Identify and prioritize key initiatives and projects that will amplify customer engagement & experience
- Develop comprehensive business case(s) in line with the above to support business outcomes of new/enhanced field content capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand/translate the business requirements into technical specifications to be able to execute (incl. design, development, testing, deployment & continuous measurement) and deliver for the end customer
- Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of new features and enhancements for the platforms
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to create personalized and engaging digital experiences & commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Be the single point of contact for all field content capabilities including new & ongoing program/project execution as well as ongoing operations for any service requests, issues or incidents
- Lead the overall channel & platform/tools strategy incl. solution architecture and long-term (12-36 month) roadmap
- Oversee the management and optimization of content delivered for the field channel, across all content formats like but not limited to IVA, FTE, 2-Way Messaging (Whatsapp, LINE, WeChat) etc.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
- Plan, create, and manage digital content to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, relevant, and engaging content
- Ensure all deployments follow release management processes/schedule
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to monitor/measure performance of field content
- Identify opportunities, and make informed decisions
- Ability to interpret complex data, generate regular reports on key metrics, present actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and successful execution of field content initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and results
- Collaborate and partner with local, regional and global colleagues to drive the adoption and enablement of new capabilities by effective business process design, change management, documentation & end user training
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the platform users by helping troubleshoot issues/challenges
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate internal & cross-functional teams
- Manage the overall budget, ensuring efficient use of platform/tools & appropriate allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Execute & manage IT vendor contract(s) and Service Order(s) as needed
- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices
- Embed AI into the day to day ways of working
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve field content performance
- Demonstrate the ability to identify high value differentiating capabilities when making new platform choices
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement such as increasing productivity or cost savings throughout the delivery process
- Ensure all platform/tool features meet standards (security, privacy and compliance) and manage “health” and technical quality of the same
- Ensure all content-related activities on these platforms & tools comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with field channel content
