Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or relevant discipline
- 6+ years of experience in project management in the pharmaceutical, MedTech or life sciences industry
- Digital product development or commercialization expertise preferred
Responsibilities
- Creates and executes an actionable plan for the development and commercialization of digital health solutions
- Acts as an integrator within the program team to ensure alignment and connect best practices
- Supports the creation of KPIs to measure and track program milestones and deliverables
- Facilitates effective, science-based business decisions
- Drives the projects forward to achieve significant acceleration of time to market for Digital Projects
- Delivers high quality digital health assets that accomplish the intent for improved patient experience
- Drives the maturity of the BMS enterprise in selecting, validating and deploying novel digital health solutions
- Mobilizes and leads collaboration with cross company expertise
- Aligns the organization to execute on the approved strategy
- Communicates and collaborates with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Navigates complex and dynamic internal and external healthcare environment
- Supports the development of KPIs that determine utility & adoption of digital health solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in leading complex data analytics programs in a pharmaceutical company is desirable
