Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience with digital operations processes
  • Managed a team of 3 +
  • Project Management is key
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to priorities multiple tasks under pressure
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • Be a highly motivated team player

Responsibilities

  • Manage the in-take of campaign assets including the development of specs, the creation of processes to manage asset in-take across client and creative agency stakeholders, the QA of assets to ensure ad server and partner compliance
  • QA and governance of naming conventions across all channels as well as adhering to the client’s master data policies
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts, with support of leadership
  • Project Manage internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Contribute to the creation and development of processes to enhance ways of working
  • Internal and client facing Taxonomy lead (upstream and downstream taxonomies)
  • Liaison between various internal stakeholders and Data Engineers
  • Oversee recurring measurement and compliance reporting
  • Support and guide junior team members to produce optimal work and promote upward growth
  • Coordinate and ensure standardized set up across all media channels
  • Ensure standard of knowledge across all tools and platforms used is consistent across the teams
  • Identify opportunities to implement new processes and tools to create efficiencies across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked with/managed off-shore teams including training and collaborating on ways of working
  • Experience working in Ad Ops and or creative asset management
