Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience with digital operations processes
- Managed a team of 3 +
- Project Management is key
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to priorities multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
- Be a highly motivated team player
Responsibilities
- Manage the in-take of campaign assets including the development of specs, the creation of processes to manage asset in-take across client and creative agency stakeholders, the QA of assets to ensure ad server and partner compliance
- QA and governance of naming conventions across all channels as well as adhering to the client’s master data policies
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts, with support of leadership
- Project Manage internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are met
- Contribute to the creation and development of processes to enhance ways of working
- Internal and client facing Taxonomy lead (upstream and downstream taxonomies)
- Liaison between various internal stakeholders and Data Engineers
- Oversee recurring measurement and compliance reporting
- Support and guide junior team members to produce optimal work and promote upward growth
- Coordinate and ensure standardized set up across all media channels
- Ensure standard of knowledge across all tools and platforms used is consistent across the teams
- Identify opportunities to implement new processes and tools to create efficiencies across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked with/managed off-shore teams including training and collaborating on ways of working
- Experience working in Ad Ops and or creative asset management
