About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Growth Partner to join our team. This senior-level position is pivotal in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our current client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client growth.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong preference on consulting experience working with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow.
- Must possess executive presence and ability to communicate to C-Level executives demonstrating value and differentiation.
- Industry experience in industry and automation, manufacturing and diversified Industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed a target revenue of $10 million or more annually for each assigned client.
- Increase YoY revenue by 30%.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue streams.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within client organizations in at least two new business areas.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Targeting 90% satisfaction rating or higher.
- Proactively address client concerns and implement solutions to retain and grow client accounts.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
