Associate Director – Analytics & Strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, investment management, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and investment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Company Performance (Financial Metrics) and Valuation.
• Experience in iLEVEL is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; highly detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage analytics related to portfolio company performance, including data collection, review, and reporting.
• Enhance and maintain processes for gathering consistent financial and operational metrics across portfolio companies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics at the asset, fund, and portfolio levels throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support customized internal and external reporting needs.
• Prepare materials for investor communications, including marketing presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-facing documents.
• Collaborate with Deal Teams, Controllers, and Senior Management to deliver insights and analytics.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements across the team’s analytics infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in iLEVEL is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
