Requirements
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in retail, labor planning, consulting, or other relevant fields
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Intermediate+ SQL experience
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the roadmap of needs within our workforce operations tools and processes (such as labor allocation, forecasting, and workforce management solutions)
- Create dashboarding and reporting for capabilities
- Support cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with building and integrating with workforce management solutions including Workday
- Experience in related industries such as grocery, warehouse management, and/or retail
