Requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead customer conversations and deliverables that drive client success
- Experience working in client-facing roles, ideally within professional services, consulting, or technology implementation
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow configuration; technical aptitude with business process optimization preferred
- Experience with financial services, banking operations, or complex B2B software implementations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients ranging from bank executives to operations staff
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions
- Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail—you can see the big picture while ensuring flawless execution

Responsibilities
- Lead customer training to teach and empower employees at banks and credit unions how to use our platform for their day-to-day roles
- Manage client relationships post-deployment with direct responsibility for increasing customer utilization and customer NPS and contract retention
- Support account teams in pre-sales activities through gathering relevant customer success metrics
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to support customer service requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to fully leverage Prelim’s platform to streamline operations and drive measurable business outcomes
- Analyze client requirements post-deployment and translate them into effective, scalable workflow configurations that address real-world banking challenges and refer to sales for additional expansion opportunities
- Provide customer insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across multiple client organizations
