Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media and digital creative roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments or agencies.
- A strong portfolio of social-first creative that demonstrates strategic insight, storytelling ability, and executional excellence.
- Deep understanding of content trends, platform behaviors, influencer culture, and social-first storytelling.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Expert at turning briefs into impactful ideas with speed, agility, and creative clarity.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to champion ideas at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive ideation and oversee the creation of engaging, platform-native content — from product storytelling to quick-turn trend responses to culturally relevant campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end social campaigns from concept through production and delivery, ensuring creative excellence and consistency with brand voice.
- Work hands on developing content by collaborating closely with designers, writers, editors, global strategists and creators to bring the work to life.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, marketing, IMC, media, PR & Partnership teams to ensure work aligns with cohesive go to market launch objectives.
- Create with purpose — balancing emotional resonance with business results — and evolve work based on performance insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with SharkNinja’s visual and tonal standards, while evolving with the social and cultural landscape.
- Be a social media expert — always watching, learning, and applying the latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep our work fresh and competitive.
- Must have a passion for all things social and the ability to elevate product stories through a social lens.
