Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience and broad cross-discipline knowledge (web, print, interactive, etc.)
  • Recognized expertise in the field.
  • Significant experience in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, think big-picture and have a positive, results-oriented outlook.
  • Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Firefly, and a deep love for Adobe Bridge and graphic design.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines to maintain global consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with agencies and partners to align their contributions with project goals. Anticipate potential project needs and proactively communicate direction.
  • Storyboarding for video and motion content—from concept to final frame.
  • Identify innovative solutions across sophisticated systems or subject areas, especially where no clear path currently exists.
  • Play a key role in delivering breakthrough technologies or major innovations.
  • Collaborate with senior managers or directors in Campaign and marketing teams to advise and shape new project directions.
  • Direct the work of senior art directors, designers, and agency partners to ensure creative outputs align with strategic and project goals and quality standards.
  • Present designs in a clear, professional manner, explaining design decisions to a broad audience.
  • Maintain product expertise and ability to create new original assets and guide agency partners in doing the same.
  • Lead the Creative Architecture, Brand Architecture or Visual Expression to ensure art assets are on brand and fully integrate with copy elements.
  • Define and drive the creative agenda, including setting design processes, goals, and visions across groups.
  • Contribute to setting the organization’s vision and aligning internal and external efforts to achieve it. Set team goals, assign projects, and ensure active engagement to meet these objectives.
  • Craft communications that articulate the organization’s values and philosophies on design, typography, color, and other creative topics.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, on blogs, or in design competitions.
  • Lead and mentor team members across functions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, incorporate new techniques, and inform others.
