Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Security Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in access control configuration, security clearance administration, or enterprise security systems
- Proficiency with AE automated ticketing systems or similar platforms
- In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to access governance and security certifications
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage global configurations effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage global clearance configuration within the AE automated ticketing system
- Ensure all access approvals and certifications adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines
- Define and maintain a structured approval and certification process in collaboration with Legal and Corporate Security teams
- Configure and optimize the AE system to streamline clearance workflows and enhance automation
- Monitor and troubleshoot configuration issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate security settings, ensuring appropriate system access control
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, approvals, and certification processes
- Provide training and support to end-users on clearance configuration procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise security platforms such as CCure, Genetec, or Guardian Alert Enterprise
- Comprehensive understanding of security governance frameworks and best practices
- Previous experience in a global security or compliance-focused role
- Proven ability to ensure a streamlined and legally compliant access configuration process on a global scale
