Associate – Corporate Security

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Security Administration, or a related field
Extensive experience in access control configuration, security clearance administration, or enterprise security systems
Proficiency with AE automated ticketing systems or similar platforms
In-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to access governance and security certifications
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage global configurations effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

Administer and manage global clearance configuration within the AE automated ticketing system
Ensure all access approvals and certifications adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines
Define and maintain a structured approval and certification process in collaboration with Legal and Corporate Security teams
Configure and optimize the AE system to streamline clearance workflows and enhance automation
Monitor and troubleshoot configuration issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate security settings, ensuring appropriate system access control
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all configurations, approvals, and certification processes
Provide training and support to end-users on clearance configuration procedures

Experience with enterprise security platforms such as CCure, Genetec, or Guardian Alert Enterprise
Comprehensive understanding of security governance frameworks and best practices
Previous experience in a global security or compliance-focused role
Proven ability to ensure a streamlined and legally compliant access configuration process on a global scale
